Life is a Process!

images (1)I have learned through good times and in bad times. I have come to the knowledge that life can’t be as rosy as we expect it. Even though the purpose is known, the process is still unknown and cannot be predicted by any man. Is any man able to foresee the path which he takes to greatness? If so, people will always easily find a way around certain situations because if cause is known, solution isn’t farfetched.

Every individual needs to go through own process. Hence, how we all would want to stay in happy, calm bubble mood for just a little while longer. Yes for just a couple of more days. Hmm, life doesn’t work that way.

In life we need the ups and the downs, we need the lows to appreciate the highs and we need things to move forward to ensure we don’t get stuck in one place. Life truly is a process: a series of events, some of which bring us happiness, some that bring us sadness and some that leave us in that grey place in between. But as someone said to me some time ago, “It all just goes by and we move onto the next feeling and the next opportunity to learn about ourselves and find our shine”. The challenge for us is whether we embrace the process or resist it. Can we get excited about the opportunities that it brings? Or do we live in fear about what’s just around the corner?

When you understand the process of your life, then, each step of the process aligns with a greater mission and the challenges become one more step to a better and healthier tomorrow. In the process, your experience could leave you awestruck but don’t panic, you’re getting closer to a perfect end. It may seem that season will never end when you’re in the process, but trust me, when the pain is too sharp, that’s when your joy start building. Remember, weeping may endure for a night, but JOY comes in the morning. It’s your time to dance.

What is your experience and how are you handling it?

Please share your thoughts.

Many people have asked me severally, what it takes to build/grow a vibrant business in Multi-level Marketing Industry. That issue I want to discuss in a more detailed manner here. What I’m about to share is what I have actually learned from gurus whom I follow on social media, admire and research about like the legendary Holton Buggs.

As a team leader, how do you inspire your team to success? We all know that the secret to any organization is TEAM WORK. Now to lead a very successful team that will be envied in any network marketing business, you must practice four (4) secrets. Many people will tell you all sorts of things about growing your business, I stand to be quoted, when you do what you’re about to learn, you are on your way to MLM Bliss! Your team will grow exponentially having buttressed roots e.t.c

Now what are the 4 secrets that have eluded so many network marketers for so long.

1. Learn: Many people don’t pay attention to this fact; they feel this industry is a one way traffic (Make Money Fast). No. In fact, to be successful in this industry and other industries, you must study the industry, study the trends and learn from the masters. Study also what makes the company or business you’re promoting unique; how can you grow to new heights in your business? Learners are Leaders as they say, but just learning without GAINING STRATEGIES is mere reading.

Places to Learn:

a. Seminars: attend seminars, conferences (live or online), leadership meetings

b. On-line Webinar: learn from the leaders in your industry, subscribe to their channels and get updated news about them. Learn from their live experiences, what they suffered before they got to where they are and what they did to get there.

c. Articles: Research your favorite companies, read-up articles for or against, FAQ sections of their websites and make notes for yourself and team.

d. Others: there are very important lessons you can learn from experts in other industries that can be applied to your business and stand you out as a leader.

2. Do: All great leaders have something in common, that is, ACTIONS! If you are to stand out in this industry, you must DO/ACT on what you have learned. A dream is only a dream in your head or on paper if it’s not put to work. You can become noticed when you start doing what you have learned. In DOING, you get RESULTS and results draw the attention of others nearby. You may have heard the saying, ‘think-outside-the-box’; what does it mean to you? For me it simply means, ‘do something different’. But many have interpreted it to literally mean ‘think’ as in ‘muse’ without what brings the real content of that saying out, ‘Act’. So, don’t just ‘talk-the-talk’, ‘Work-the-Talk’!

3. Teach: What will stand you out in network marketing industry is not your ability to prospect people. You may prospect a thousand people and still not get lasting success. What drives your result is a vibrant organization. If you have learned how to generate a thousand leads and you have practiced it, but have not thought your team how to do same, you are still running a one man organization. We hear people say at different meetings replicate/duplicate. It doesn’t me what you think, it means, ‘produce or re-create yourself in your referrals’. You can only be successful as your team and your team can only be as successful as you.

So to be successful, teach your team:

– generate leads;

– make presentations;

– prospect new clients;

– close the deals;

– fill-out new registration;

– navigate their back office;

– calculate their commissions on their own;

– Rank advance to new positions;

– replicate after their kind,

If your 80-90% of your team members is able to learn all these things, then you can be sure of maximum income weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annually in your business.

4. Repeat: the last secret I’ll teach here is to repeat 1 – 3. Let your team members do same things you have done. Let them learn, do and teach their direct downlines and their down lines.

Doing the above four will relieve you of whatsoever pressure you may have faced and free your time to focus on other aspects of your business. You will build a healthy and self-reliant organization that will generate thousands, even hundreds of thousands of $$$ when your team cascades to 5, 6, 7 generations behind you.

Team Work makes the DREAM WORK!

It’s not about You, It’s about the Team; So don’t give up, you can still win in this industry!

51 Ways Ordinary People Reached World-Class

This is a post by Robin Sharma and I beg to share with you all.

  1. Know what you want. Clarity is power. And vague goals promote vague results.
  2. Remember that every problem has a solution. Maybe you just can’t see it. Yet.
  3. In this Age of Dramatic Distraction, the performer who focuses the best wins the most.
  4. Before someone will help you, you need to help them.
  5. Become the most passionate person you know. It’ll be contagious.
  6. Know more about your craft/the work you do than anyone who has ever done the work you do…in the history of the world.
  7. Join The 5 am Club. Your most valuable hours are 5am-8am. They have the least interruptions.
  8. Devote yourself to learning something new about your field of mastery every day. Success belongs to the relentless learners. Because as you know more, you can achieve more.
  9. Remember that when you transform your fitness, you’ll transform your business.
  10. Don’t check your mobile when you’re meeting with another person. It’s rude. And rude people don’t reach world-class.
  11. Every time you do what scares you, you take back the power that you gave to the thing that scared you. And so you become more powerful.
  12. A problem is only a problem if you make the choice to see it as a problem.
  13. Stop being a victim. Your business and personal life was made by you. No one else is responsible. To make it better, make better choices. And new decisions.
  14. You can lead without a title. Don’t wait to get a position to stand for excellence, peak quality and overdelivery on every expectation.
  15. Find your own style. Be an original. Every superstar differentiated themselves from The Herd. And marched to their own drumbeat.
  16. Understand that when you play small with your success, you betray your potential. And the birthright you were born under.
  17. Eat less food and you’ll get more done.
  18. As you become more successful, stay really really hungry. Nothing fails like success. Because when you’re successful, it’s easy to stop outlearning+outOverDelivering+outthinking and outexecuting everyone around you. (Success is Beautiful. And dangerous).
  19. If you’re not overprepared, you’re underprepared.
  20. The only level of great manners to play at is “Exceedingly Polite”. In our world, this alone will make you a standout. And differentiate you in your marketplace.
  21. Remember that the moment you think you’re a Master, you lose your Mastery. And the minute you think you know everything, you know nothing.
  22. To double your results, double your level of execution.
  23. Invest in your personal and pro development. All superstars do.
  24. Get this year’s best Targets of Opportunity down onto a 1 Page Plan. Then review it every morning while the rest of the world sleeps.
  25. You don’t get lucky. You create lucky.
  26. When you push through a difficult project, you don’t get to the other side. You reach The Next Level.
  27. Smile. And remember to inform your face.
  28. Spend time in solitude every day. Your best ideas live there.
  29. Debrief on how you lived out your day every night in a journal. This will not only record your personal history, it will make you uber-clear on what you’re doing right and what needs to be improved.
  30. If your not being criticized a lot, you’re not doing very much. Ridicule is the price of ambition.
  31. Develop a monomaniacal focus on just a few things. The secret to productivity is simplicity.
  32. To get the results very few people have, be strong enough to do what very few people are willing to do.
  33. Rest. Recover. It’ll make you stronger.
  34. Buy a smaller TV and build a larger library.
  35. Remember that the bigger the goal, the stronger a person you must become to achieve that goal. So goal-achieving is a superb practice for character-building
  36. Food fuels your body. Learning feeds your mind.
  37. Don’t ask for respect. Earn it
  38. Finish what you start. And always end strong.
  39. Breathe.
  40. In business, don’t play to survive. Play to win.
  41. Protect your good name. It’s your best asset.
  42. Remember that words have power. Use the language of leadership versus the vocabulary of a victim.
  43. Give more than you take. The marketplace rewards generosity.
  44. Know that if it’s not messy, you’re not making progress.
  45. Be a hero to a kid.
  46. In business, aim for iconic. Go for legendary. Make history by how awesome you are at what you do.
  47. Please don’t confuse activity with productivity. Many many people are simply busy being busy.
  48. Your doubts are liars. Your fears are traitors. Stop buying the goods they are attempting to sell you.
  49. The best anti-aging remedy in the world is working really hard.
  50. World-Class performers have no plan B. Failure just isn’t an option.
  51. You have the power to change the world—one brave act and one person at a time.

Thank you for reading and peak your Life.

To your Success!

A Little Boy and a Wise Old Man

This is a story about a little boy and a wise old man. Please read on.

One upon a time, there lived an aged man and a little boy of less than 10 years of age. It happens that people visits this man to get advice from him for different issues bothering them. His advice were said to be on point and if and when you apply them precisely, they do work magic. A day came that this little boy grew weary of seeing the enormous crowd that troops in to visit this man. He decided to try a trick with the intent of disproving the judgement of this man. He caught a butterfly and took it to meet the old man. When he got there, the old asked him, “little boy, what troubles you”? The boy replied, “I want you to tell me if the butterfly in my hand is dead or alive” (with the intention of squeezing the butterfly to death if the old man says it’s alive and to let it fly if he says it was dead). The man looked at him and sighed in contempt. The mans reply to the boy was surprising to everyone who were present. He said to the boy, “little boy, what becomes of you is of your making. I can’t kill your butterfly neither can I make it alive for you. Whatever happens to it in your hands depends on you and you alone.” The little boy had to leave the scene full of regrets and sadness.

By interpretation, everyone of us has a great destiny ahead of us. Life holds lots of promises for us but what becomes of our destinies and promises is solely our business. Our experiences in life depends on our decisions for ourselves. People will tend to affect you positively or negatively but you are responsible for what you allow and disallow in your life. No one is responsible for you, you are solely responsible for what you become.

I appreciate the time you put into reading my articles, I wish to solicit for your responses and comments on the response page. It will actually help me serve you better.

Rule Fearlessly!

Finding Inspiration – Take Control of Your Life

The truth is that, “aiming for perfection is a great way to do nothing.”The time has come and now is, the matter is for the now. If you continue to think about tomorrow while doing nothing today to affect it, it will come and go while you will continue to wait for another tomorrow to come. The best time to launch your idea is today, now!
I was going through an article from a popular virtual entrepreneur this morning. Around the articles, comment section, I noticed something spectacular, people where complaining about how perfect this author looks and sounds in his write ups. The ideas he portrays are fare better understood and practiced by people of like mind and nothing any kind of person searching for a little pay can do with it. According to one, “…he’s a perfectionist, I can’t seem to imagine myself doing all those stuff he spoke about. They are no doubt very difficult for anyone to achieve.

I don’t have to castigate your reasoning, everybody has a choice to make but my problem is that they complain about another persons’ show of perfection without them doing what they can to tap from the insight and ideas shown by another. You don’t have to be perfect in doing what I do because I’m perfect in doing it. My idea of being perfect in what I do is to offer the best quality of goods and service. If anyone translates it to mean another thing, then, the person means delivering mediocre services and poor quality products.
Hence, it’s a choice to be whom you want to be. The truth is that, “aiming for perfection is a great way to do nothing” says Ramit Sethi (author of I will Teach You to Be Rich). Thus, you don’t need to be perfect in my own sense to achieve; you can actually be perfect in your own way and succeed. You don’t need to be a genius to be good at what you do. Don’t wait for the right time because there might never be a time right for you.
Note this: all ideas are there for you to sieve and make use of. Take the ideas, break them down to your own understanding and then, make good use of them. Being you is the idea here. There’s always a lesson to learn from life. Complains can destroy your motivation. Also, you don’t need to have everything required to grow a business before endeavoring into that business. Start it will come and go while you will continue to wait for another tomorrow to come. The best time to launch your idea is today, now! Tomorrow is nothing without today. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, take advantage of today and as well take advantage of now and where you want to be. Start from where you are; don’t think of where you are not yet. Start from being YOU, rather than trying to be who you want to be.When you start to walk from here you can actually get to the place you want. Don’t always wait for the coast calm before you take up your paddle. Waiting for the perfect time is giving procrastination a chance to rule you. So, Stand firm and stand tall. You are born to WIN!!!

Toast to your Success!

Believe In Yourself No Matter What People Say or Think!

“Death is inevitable, but only those who are determined to birth their dreams will live even after they die” Kelechi Madubuike

If having others believing in you and your dream was a requirement for success, most of the worlds greats would never have been where they are today, and perhaps, would not have been able to accomplish anything worthwhile in life. Sometimes, taking several opinions from the public could be conflicting and so, could lead to confusion. Let not your power of decision stand in the wisdom of men. You’ve got to stop worrying yourself about what people think about you. One thing that will always stand firm is what you and God thinks about you. People may say whatever they want and wish but the council of God only will stand.

Going psychological, we can take clue from the findings of Dr. Daniel Amen who in his 18/40/60 Rule stated that “when one is 18 years of age, he worries what people say about him/her; when he is 40 years old, he stops worrying about what people say, such that it doesn’t matter; and when he is 60, he realizes that no one has been speaking about him at all”. But surprisingly, most of the time, nobody really thinks about you. While you are possibly busy thinking about what people are saying about you, your likes are busy doing what they know how to do best. The best thing here for anyone who cares to know is that combining the three (3) scenarios will make a perfect merge: that is to say that, while you are aware that people could be talking you, you should give no ear to whatever they might be saying (which most at times are negative), and in fact, conditioning your mind to believe that nothing like that exist.

Why would you consider what people say before birthing your dream? If you watch the weather, the scripture says, you might never sow. Would you as a doctor instead of treating your patient, stands to think of what is going on the mind of the same patient? Gosh! One thing I can tell you goes on in the patients mind is ‘I hope I get well soon and go back home.’

You’ve got to grow up. You’re actually wasting your valuable time and energy by thinking what others might be saying about you. Let your mind be fixed on doing things that will achieve your goals.  Unnecessary public opinion constitute a distraction to your walk to success, they don’t matter at all. There’s no speed limit in the success race. You determine your speed. Don’t let your dreams and goals die with you. Believe in yourself, belief you can achieve your goals and likewise belief in God.

Toast to your success!

Go for Gold: What You Don’t Know About the Real You

“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you will land among the stars.” – Les Brown.

Hello friends,

I bring you words of hope, courage and strength knowing that you are able to go all the way to the top and it’s my utmost desire that you build up this thought in you. In other words, my belief depends on your own belief to work miracles for you. If I believe you can, and you’re saying otherwise, then my belief is vain. Hence, my charge for all of you who have settled your minds on anything life brings as being ok for you is to disregard this thought. I can tell you for sure that it’s never ok for you to live a life of mediocre.

Nonetheless, it’s so hard for me to believe that there are people in this age who still think second position is the best suited for them. Yes I know there is nothing wrong with second best, I mean it’s a good position, but everything is wrong with settling for the second place. How many of you know that mediocrity is a disease as well as a sin? Sin means that you know that A is good and you leave it to do B knowing full well that B is not good. That is to say that you must give your best to attain the best result every time, no matter what even if you lose out from the first spot, you can get the second spot. Notwithstanding, you need a ‘will’ to achieve the best just like Vince Lombardi acclaimed; “The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.”

I don’t know what you might have gone through or what people might have said to you that made you resort to a second fiddle life, but what I do know is that you are more than you or any other person thinks. Look, there is no greater defeat any one can experience in life than self defeat. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” There is no doubting what you can actually do. This road is not easy but to get there, you’ve to see the scar as price you pay to buy the star; see the cry as the pain you experience to get the crown and see the opposition as the war you fight to earn the position. Nothing good comes easy. You can’t achieve anything good by sitting and waiting for anything. You have a blank cheque to write whatever you desire in life. Life cannot give you anything less than what you requested of it and what you are determined to get. If you wait for life to get you anything, you are probably waiting for a counterfeit or maybe a penny. A man, who has no will, would have to wait until life settles with those that have wills. His inheritance will be left-over.

You have the opportunity now to go for the best possible outcome.

Your comments to this post will be greatly appreciated.

Good luck.
