Explanations to Love and Marriage

Hello friends, I just wish to share a few thoughts with you on the above topics. Please take out some time and read through. Thank you.

A student asked his teacher, ‘what is love?’

The teacher said, ‘in order to answer your question, go to the poultry farm, choose the biggest cockerel and come back. But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick.’ the student went to the field went through the first row, he saw one big cockerel but he wondered…maybe there is a bigger one.

Then he saw a bigger one and wonders yet again,…maybe there is even a bigger one waiting for him. Later, when he finished more than half of the poultry farm, he started to realize that the cockerel is not as big as d previous one he saw; he knew he had missed the biggest one, and he felt bad. So, he ended up going back to the teacher empty handed.
The teacher told him, ‘this is love. You keep looking for a better one, but when you realize later, you have already missed the person who should have been, you find it hard or impossible to turn back the hands of time.’

The student then asks, ‘in that case, what is marriage?’ the teacher said, ‘in order to answer your question, go to the corn field, choose the biggest corn and come back.’ but the rule remains: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick.’
The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reached the middle of the field, he picked one big corn in the middle that he felt satisfied with and went back. The teacher told him, ‘this time you brought a corn. You looked for one that is just nice. You had faith and believe this is the best one you can get…this is marriage.’

Find inspiration from this and learn. Don’t fall prey to temptations. Be wise and stay safe and happy.

The Untold story of John D. Rockefeller

Hey guys, I am glad to bring this piece to you. Its a friends post and desired to share it with you because of the lessons it thought me. Please read on.

Though many roads lead to the Path we seek, essentially, there are only two we should always try to follow: reason and practice.

A business executive was deep in debt and could see no way out.
Creditors were closing in on him. Suppliers were demanding payment.
He sat on a park bench, head in hands, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy.
Suddenly an old man appeared before him.
“I can see that something is troubling you,” he said.
After listening to the executive’s woes, the old man said, “I believe I can help you.”
He asked the man his name, wrote out a check, and pushed it into his hand saying, “Take this money. Meet me here exactly one year from today, and you can pay me back at that time.” Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come.
The business executive saw in his hand a check for $500,000, signed by John D. Rockefeller, then one of the richest men in the world! “I can erase my money worries in an instant!” he realized.
But instead, the executive decided to put the uncashed check in his safe.
Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought.
With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment.
He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again.
Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the uncashed check.
At the agreed-upon time, the old man appeared. But just as the executive was about to hand back the check and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man.
“I’m so glad I caught him!” she cried.
“I hope he hasn’t been bothering you. He’s always escaping from the rest home and telling people he’s John D. Rockefeller. ”
And she led the old man away by the arm.
The astonished executive just stood there, stunned.

All year long he’d been wheeling and dealing, buying and selling, convinced he had half a million dollars behind him.
Suddenly, he realized that it wasn’t the money (real or imagined), that had turned his life around. It was his newfound self-confidence that gave him the power to achieve anything he went after.

I have come to realize that most times, you don’t need external influence to motivate you. Sometimes, the motivation you need is actually within you. “…and David encouraged himself in the Lord his God” Ist Samuel 30:6.

How many times have situations overwhelmed you? How many times were you able to shake up the ghost and run? Things will happen and those that will leave you speechless will as well happen but are you determined not to cry over what has happened. I wish to use this medium to assure you that you are still valuable. You have a responsibility to strengthen yourself because you are  a King. Let not situations look down on you. Always find inward strength to propel you to more success. Don’t rest on your oars. God won’t let you down.

Rule fearlessly!
